Kraton D2104 DI-N is a pelletized TPE material with excellent mechanical properties, high resilience and weather resistance. It can be injection-molded without vulcanization, and can be overmolded and bonded with various substrates such as PP and PE, featuring low recycling cost and meeting the production needs of products in multiple fields.

  1. Outstanding high elongation characteristic, with elongation at break up to 1200%-1300% and strong resistance to tensile deformation

  2. Wide melt flow rate range, suitable for injection molding, secondary overmolding and other processes with high processing flexibility

  3. Hardness range of 30-40 Shore A, soft touch, combining good resilience and fatigue resistance

  4. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe, with excellent colorability, capable of preparing end products with different appearance effects as needed
