Kraton D2104 DI-N is a pelletized TPE material with excellent mechanical properties, high resilience and weather resistance. It can be injection-molded without vulcanization, and can be overmolded and bonded with various substrates such as PP and PE, featuring low recycling cost and meeting the production needs of products in multiple fields.
Outstanding high elongation characteristic, with elongation at break up to 1200%-1300% and strong resistance to tensile deformation
Wide melt flow rate range, suitable for injection molding, secondary overmolding and other processes with high processing flexibility
Hardness range of 30-40 Shore A, soft touch, combining good resilience and fatigue resistance
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe, with excellent colorability, capable of preparing end products with different appearance effects as needed
Good compatibility with PP, PE, PC and other matrix materials, firm overmolding and bonding, and stable structure of molded products
Daily consumer goods field, used for producing handles and grips to improve product holding comfort
Automobile interior manufacturing, making sealing strips, cushions and other accessories to ensure vehicle quietness and stability
Electronic and electrical industry, used for wire and cable sheaths, buttons and other components, with both insulation and protection performance
Medical device accessory production, making lightweight flexible contact components to meet the requirements of safe and environmentally friendly use
Toy manufacturing field, producing soft toy components to meet the safety and performance standards of children's products
