Kaneka M-521 is an MBS core-shell impact modifier copolymerized from methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene with 60% rubber content. It improves the room and low temperature impact strength of engineering plastics with almost no adverse effect on the core properties such as HDT, weather resistance of substrates, with excellent retention of rigidity and surface finish, suitable for PC, PC/ABS, PBT and other engineering plastics as well as glass fiber reinforced systems.
