Exxelor VA 1801 is a maleic anhydride-functionalized, medium-viscosity, semi-crystalline ethylene copolymer made via reactive extrusion. Its fully saturated main chain provides excellent thermal and oxidative stability, boosting polyamide impact resistance at room and low temperatures (down to -20°C). It also enhances polyolefin-polar polymer compatibility, fitting engineering plastic modification.
Improves polyamide notched impact performance at room and low (-20°C) temperatures.
Lessens polyamide moisture sensitivity, enhancing dimensional stability.
Increases flexibility and assembly performance of molded polyamide parts.
Boosts impact strength of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide composites.
Used to toughen polyamides, enhancing impact resistance across a wide temperature range (-20°C to room temperature).
Applied in polyamide-based engineering plastic alloys to improve compatibility and performance.
Utilized in glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide composites for better impact resistance.
