Mitsui TAFMER™ DF710 is a low-density POE with high transparency, elasticity and low temperature resistance, good processability and compatibility, suitable for automotive, medical and shoe material applications.
Combined advantages of low density and high transparency, with a density of 0.870g/cm³ balancing lightweight design and cost control, excellent optical properties, suitable for molding transparent/translucent soft products
High elasticity and toughness with elongation at break over 1000% and tensile strength over 15MPa, able to withstand large deformation without cracking, with a good balance between flexibility and structural strength
Brittleness temperature below -70°C, maintaining stable toughness and impact resistance in a wide temperature range, with a stable molecular structure, excellent weather and aging resistance, and strong adaptability to outdoor and low temperature environments
Excellent compatibility with PP/PE polyolefins and good filler acceptance, which can simultaneously improve the mechanical and processing properties of composite materials after blending modification with high modification efficiency
Moderate melt flow index and wide processing window, easy to form by injection molding, extrusion and other processes, supporting crosslinking and foaming modification. Crosslinking improves heat resistance, and foaming is suitable for buffer product scenarios
Automotive parts such as seat covers and sealing strips, soft, high elastic and weather resistant, improving the touch of interior decoration and the impact resistance and sealing protection performance of vehicles
