ExxonMobil Vistamaxx™ 3980FL is a film-optimized POE with low gel content, excellent compatibility and heat-seal performance. It features good optical properties and chemical resistance, complying with food contact and RoHS standards for diverse applications.
The uniform molecular structure is made by proprietary metallocene catalysis technology with ultra-low gel content, ensuring smooth and flawless surface of film products
Excellent compatibility with polyolefin substrates such as PP/PE, which can significantly improve the stress whitening of the matrix and enhance impact resistance after blending
It has both low seal initiation temperature and high heat-seal strength, with good forming effect of co-extruded heat-seal layer, suitable for high-speed packaging production line processing
Excellent optical properties, with high transparency, low haze and good gloss of products, meeting the appearance display requirements of packaging products
Hygiene care product films, such as diaper back sheets and sanitary pad anti-seepage films, with both flexibility and puncture resistance
Electronic packaging films, providing moisture-proof and sealed protection for electronic components while meeting the environmental protection RoHS compliance requirements
Extrusion coating products, such as paper-plastic composite packaging materials, achieving high-strength bonding between substrate and plastic layer
Polyolefin blend modification, used for modification of PP thin-wall products to improve the impact resistance and forming stability of products
