ENGAGE 8100 is an ethylene-octene copolymer polyolefin elastomer. It boasts excellent flow characteristics and is suitable for general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer applications. It enhances impact resistance in PP/PE blends, can handle high filler loading, and cures well with peroxides, silane, or irradiation—resulting in superior heat aging resistance, compression set performance, and weather resistance. This makes it ideal for wire/cable applications and impact-modified products.
Boosts impact resistance in PP/PE blends, resulting in tougher end-products.
Has high filler loading capacity, allowing for customization of material properties.
Curable via peroxide, silane, or irradiation, enabling enhanced performance such as heat and weather resistance.
Delivers exceptional heat aging resistance, compression set performance, and weather resistance after curing.
Used in general-purpose thermoplastic elastomer formulations for diverse flexible products.
Applied in wire and cable production for high-performance electrical insulation.
Utilized for impact modification of polymers to improve toughness.
