Mitsui TAFMER™ DF940 is a high-hardness POE with high transparency, wear resistance and low temperature resistance, excellent processability and compatibility, suitable for automotive, medical and electronic applications.
Combined with high transparency and high toughness, excellent optical properties, Shore A hardness 92 and tensile strength 31MPa, good balance between rigidity and flexibility, outstanding deformation and wear resistance, suitable for high wear scenarios
Brittleness temperature below -70°C, maintaining stable mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, no embrittlement at low temperature, outdoor weather resistance, UV resistance and oxidation resistance, strong environmental adaptability
Melting point up to 77°C, heat resistance is better than conventional models of the same series, supporting crosslinking modification, and heat resistance and mechanical properties can be further improved after crosslinking
Good melt fluidity, strong adaptability of melt flow index in dual temperature zones, easy to form by injection molding, extrusion and other processes, excellent compatibility with PP/PE polyolefins, high modification efficiency
