Kraton D2109 DS-N is a solid thermoplastic SBS elastomer with a wide melt flow rate range and stable shrinkage rate, suitable for daily packaging and parts assembly scenarios. It can be compounded with resins and rubbers for modification to flexibly adjust product viscosity and softness, meeting the performance requirements of lightweight packaging and accessories.

  1. Melt flow rate ranges from 15-30 g/10min, suitable for various injection molding and extrusion processes with high processing flexibility

  2. Flow shrinkage rate stabilizes at 2.5-2.7%, ensuring good dimensional consistency of products and suitable for precision packaging production

  3. Hardness ranges from 40-50 Shore A, with excellent flexibility and good flex resistance and rebound performance
